Styrmand with the Auki partnership

Seven Norwegian, independent consulting companies have joined forces to establish Auki (Old Norse; growth) – a formal and committed professional and marketing partnership. (25/03/2010)

The reason for the creation of this network is that companies want to offer greater breadth of expertise in some specific areas, as well as increasing their overall ability to deliver by having a larger pool of resources to offer. The companies will in this way improve their competitiveness in connection with the procurement of framework agreements.

The Auki network consists of approximately 120 consultants and is established by companies that aggregate turnover of 165 MNOK in 2009. All companies have a senior profile with solid clients in both the private and public sectors.

We believe such a formal constellation with the Norwegian companies gathered through one point of contact will be an advantage for the customer who in this way can more easily reach specialist expertise of smaller suppliers. The cooperation involves no change in the companies' respectice ownership structure.
